By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we cannot not be responsible.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT. Packaging and delivery costs will be charged in addition. Such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost”.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
However on occasions we may debit your payment card before a binding contract has been concluded. Such action will under no circumstances constitute acceptance of your offer on our part. In the event that we ultimately reject your order a full refund will be made to your payment card.
We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase, however if that is not the case we will exchange any item within a period of 30 days. You also have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund within 7 days.
The 30 day period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e when your order is confirmed) and ends 30 days after this.
In all cases, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure this is the case. All goods will be inspected on return.
Please ensure that you package the item(s) well to prevent any damage to the item or the packaging. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them.
We do not currently offer a free returns policy. The purchaser is responsible for paying the return postage and packaging costs.

Email for a returns form. Once received print and fill out the form. Place the item in the original packaging and make sure the parcel is securely sealed.
